Attention should be paid to safety issues in PLC design of three-phase motors

If you have the original program of the three-phase motor, you only need to delete all the PLC memory. The cleaning method for three-phase motors is as follows:
1. Three-phase motor if you use a palm-type program writer
When the writer is connected to the PLC, select the ONLINE mode, press the GO key, the screen will ask you to enter the password, at this time, please press the SP key 8 times, and then press the GO key 3 times, in this way, your PLC will be restored. To the state of the factory, you only need to input the original program into the PLC.
2. If you use FXN, DOS version V2.0 or above software
In the MODE window, press 7, 5, 3, and then select options in the displayed screen, select "MEMORY ALL CLEAR" with the up and down keys, and then press the "Enter" key, in this way, the PLC internal memory will be cleared. The user can then write the original program into the PLC.
3. If you use FXN Windows version V1.0 or above software for three-phase motor
First, display the original program on the remaining screen, put the PLC in the STOP state, then select PLC in the function selection column on the screen, and then select PLC memory clear..., after jumping out of a new screen, select all three options, and then press "" Enter" key, the screen will show two choices of "OK" and "Cancel" for you to make a decision, at this time, select "OK", and then press the "Enter" key! If the screen disappears, it also means that the PLC has been restored to the factory state, you can rewrite the program.
