1. The high-voltage motor is generally designed to operate at a location where the altitude does not exceed 1000m and the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 °C.
2. The high-voltage motor can run continuously at the rated rate when the additional voltage changes within ±5%. Assuming that the voltage variation exceeds ±5%, the load should be limited according to the manufacturer's rules or experimental results.
3. The temperature rise of the high-voltage motor in operation should be in accordance with the manufacturer's rules, in the absence of this phase material.
4. If the ambient temperature of the high-voltage motor is between 0°C and 40°C, the temperature rise limit generally does not increase. An increase of (40-t)K is permitted, but a maximum of 30K is allowed when an agreement is obtained with the manufacturer.
5. In order to prevent the motor from being damped, the supply of cooling air must be stopped in time after shutdown.
6. Check whether the spark under the brush is normal, and whether the collector ring (or steering gear) has burns and wear.
7. Check whether the motor has abnormal noise and vibration when it is running, and whether the stator and the rotor rub against each other.
8. For short-term rated high-voltage motors, the temperature rise limit of each part is allowed to be 10K higher than the value specified in Table 1-2.
9. The allowable temperature of the sliding bearing is 80°C (when the oil temperature is not higher than 65°C). The allowable temperature of the rolling bearing is 95°C (the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C).
10. If the maximum ambient temperature of the high-voltage motor operation is between 40°C and 60°C, the temperature rise limit specified in the above table should be subtracted from the value of the ambient temperature exceeding 40°C.
