Classification of motor parts

1, stator winding

According to the shape of the coil winding and the way of the embedded wiring, the stator winding can be divided into two types: centralized and distributed. The winding and embedding of concentrated windings is relatively simple, but the efficiency is low and the running performance is also poor. Most of the current AC motor stators use distributed windings. According to different machine types, models and coil winding process conditions, the motors are designed with different winding types and specifications, so the technical parameters of the windings are also different.

2, the motor housing

The motor casing generally refers to the outer casing of all electrical and mechanical equipment. The motor casing is a motor protection device made of silicon steel sheet and other materials by stamping and drawing. In addition, the surface treatment of rust and spray can protect the internal equipment of the motor.

3, motor end cover

The end cover is a rear cover that is mounted behind the casing of the motor, commonly known as the "end cover." The end cover is mainly composed of a cover body, a bearing and a brush piece.

4, motor fan blades

The motor blades are generally located at the rear of the motor and are used for ventilation and cooling of the motor. They are mainly used in the rear of the AC motor or in the special ventilation ducts of DC and high voltage motors. The blades of explosion-proof motors are generally made of plastic.

5, bearing

Bearings are an important part of contemporary machinery. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy.
